Beer brewing course
There is still no statistical survey that says anything about what percentage of the population can brew their own beer. However, we at Birgeler Mühlenbrauerei have already derived our “educational mission” in terms of beer brewing from this.
Experience day
How about a very special adventure day in the heart of the Volcanic Eifel? If you think that’s a good idea, then head for our historic Eifel brewery on the grounds of the historic watermill in Birgel. To a place where brewing beer is still an experience, far away from the machine-based production of large breweries.

Beer spectacle
The Latin teacher would explain that spectacle is derived from the Latin word “spectaculum” and means nothing other than “a spectacle that causes a sensation”. What could better describe our new offer of a somewhat different brewery tour with beer tasting than the translation from Latin.
